Regular clients of Anna Tetlow Pilates have been attending weekly sessions at the studio for both fitness and fun, for over 15 years. With a partner or in small groups of friends, long-term commitment to extended sessions has improved their overall fitness, as well as having a positive impact on their general well-being.
